Overview
Talend studio contains components for both routes and jobs that can capture error codes and information from processes and make rudimentary adjustments to program flow to cater for these situations. The error information may be redirected from these components and placed in storage for subsequent analysis.
An error framework has been developed by myself to utilise these components and write error data to a database. A Web client has been created to maintain and enrich this data. Originally built in VB.Net this is currently being ported to C#. The application is an MVC 5 project utilising Entity Framework 6 for object relational mapping. Source code for both versions will be available on GitHub once complete.

There are a number of PDF’s accessed via the links below that describe the system. Note that the Talend development was undertaken on the enterprise subscription version and uses elements such as joblets that are not available in the community edition.
