Some tutorials have been produced to demonstrate the creation of routines within the Retail POC. The list below provides a list of these including the concepts they cover and provides a link to the tutorials.
Reading data from MongoDB and displaying the output
A simple routine to read data from a MongoDB collection and display it on the console within Talend Studio. In addition, it will show the usage of an external file to populate context variables.
MongoDB components are available in the enterprise subscription version but not in the community edition by default. There are version in the marketplace but these are old and I found them not to work correctly. They are present in the community edition of Talend Studio Big Data edition and this is what has been used in this case.
